Gall stones and Causes

Gallstones are one of the health problems that are often experienced by people of Indonesia. However, most do not realize because the symptoms are similar to indigestion or heartburn.

In fact, gallstone symptoms are very similar to heartburn. Rarely, patients with a treatment to the doctor because the complaint does not get better. This is because fault diagnosis, ulcer disease, gallstones mistaken.

WEIGHT
That being overweight increases the risk of gallstones. Because bile salt levels in the fluid decreases, while the cholesterol increase. Obesity is the biggest risk factor for gallstones in women.

DIET
A diet high in fat and cholesterol, and low in fiber increases the risk of gallstones.

WEIGHT drops drastically
Strict dieting or fasting in the long term, so the weight dropped dramatically, making the liver release extra cholesterol into bile. The result can occur gallstones.

AGE FACTOR
People aged 60 years and over more easily form gallstones. This is because the body tends to release more cholesterol into bile.

DRUG USE anti-cholesterol
Resulting from the use of cholesterol-lowering drugs can actually increase the amount of cholesterol released into the bile, then it could make the formation of gallstones.

DIABETES
People with diabetes (diabetes) generally had higher levels of fatty acids or triglycerides are high, so the risk of developing gallstones increases.

The following recommendations for foods to reduce the risk of suffering from urinary tract stones:
Limit your intake of calcium. Normally adults need 1,000 mg of calcium per day. lika excessive calcium can settle and eventually formed a rock.
Limit your intake of: oxalate. Stay away from food sources of oxalate such as tea, chocolate, spinach, strawberries, and nuts.
Drink plenty of water. Normally, it is recommended at least 2 liters of water per day or the equivalent of 8 glasses.
Limit your intake of purine. not too often eating purine-rich foods such as organ meats, nuts, and seafood.
Vitamin C. Communities rely on vitamin C as an immune enhancer, if consumed too much may trigger the occurrence of stones. Limit the use of vitamin C is less than 2 grams a day.
Vitamin 86. People who consume adequate amounts of vitamin B6 (40 mg per day is needed) to avoid the risk of urinary tract stones.
Reduce the use of sodium. It is recommended that less than 2,300 mg per day.

Great thank you for posting. This blog should help make people be aware of gall stones and its causes. I also think that too much consumption of salty foods can be a cause of gall stones.
