Many everyday foods that contain cancer-preventing compounds, ranging from antioxidants that neutralize the damage caused by free radicals to the powerful phytochemicals that are being explored to experts. What is clear is not there any particular single element in the food that can do all this work. Therefore, experts recommend consuming a variety of foods. Here, foods that can help prevent cancer, some of them can even help inhibit cancer cell growth or reduce tumor size.
WINE
Contain bioflavonoids, powerful antioxidants that work as a cancer preventive. Wine is also a rich source of resveratrol which inhibits an enzyme that can stimulate cancer cell growth and suppress immune response.
