Your body is not easy for Fatigue

4. Consumption of more fiber every day.

There are several choices of fiber Roberta Anding recommended to be consumed each day, which is a bowl of raisin (5 grams of fiber content), black beans (7.5 grams per cup), tortillas (5 g), popcorn (3.6 grams per three bowls ), the apple with the skin (3.3 grams), and spaghetti (6.3 grams).

5. Fill in the brain with Omega-3.
You can obtain it from the big fish, like tuna or salmon, walnuts, and canola oil (canola oil). The essence of Omega-3 in a number of food plays an important role in keeping brain cells to stay healthy and make you mentally alert.
